Big celebrity names appeared at Julien Macdonald's show, including Cat Deeley, Olivia Palermo, Alan Carr and even Rachel Stevens. This show was incredibly elegant and sophisticated, something the fashion world has come to expect from Julien Macdonald in the most recent shows.
Chiffon adorned with elegant lace and webbing elegantly glided down the catwalk with the models. Cream is still emulating from the summer trends but combined with the ever fashionable layering makes a great piece for some colder climates (England).
The romantic and fiery colours blared on to the catwalk making the audience take notice as the models strutted in the proud peacock-bright chiffon. Macdonald seems to have toned down from brash to vintage style for a more refined label.
An angelically pale colour palette and soft frilled dresses (not associated with this designer) did not detract from the sex appeal of this collection though - for the most lithe and perfect of figure, sexy dresses, babydolls and spiderweb dresses were as glamorous as they always have been.
